for my own benefit i created an SQLRPG program that reads a file that has
DATEISO and when it reads the DATEISO it converts it... the DATEISO field
has 2003-03-04 and it is converted to 03/04/03..

Is there any way I can convert/access an ISO date field within an RPG III
program - the RPG III compiler is simply ignoring the field with message:
QRG7151 Severity 00 The record format contains DATE/TIME/TIMSTAMP
fields.........ignored.
