When the system cannot find a record, the dump shows the previous record that it did find. I would trace back from the last statement that accessed chart to see where the 'missing' account was coming from. I'd guess that it was from A/R and is the Unassigned Cash' account. If you were on an old release and then upgraded, you may have not updated your A/R company profile where it may now be asking for this new account. Failing that I would chack all accounts specified on your company profiles. Richard
