The Copy function blindly copies the report from one company to the other
without validation but gives you a report of possible errors like GL codes
in one company that are not present in the other etc that you can correct it
later.
Then you have to create authority to the report generated and compile it. I
have done it couple of times and it is pretty straight forward.
We currently have 4 companies set up in JBA and 3 of them have identical GL
structure and I have used to copy FM reports for companies that have
identical GL structure.

Let me know if you need more info

Subject: [SYSTEM21] Copying an FM report to a different company.

Greetings, everyone.

We would like to "clone" a Financial Manager report from one JBA company to
another. Has anyone out there ever done this via options 11, 12 and 13 of
the /FM menu? If so, would you be willing to share your experience with us,
please?

Thanks in advance.
