Nothing quite like finding a little extra disk space just lying around... Unless it's finding a $20.00 bill you left in your winter coat at the end of last winter... If we actually used JBA to Ship then I bet this file would be included in our monthly purge routine where we keep 12 months of transaction records on hand... I see no reason why you would ever need to retain these records... We see nothing in the JBA purge programs to purge it. Does anyone have any idea why old records should not be purged from it?
