In brief: We use Rightfax as our network fax system. A network printer is defined to the AS/40O. This printer is defined as a fax printer, so any AS/400 printouts, such as Purchase Orders, are picked up by Rightfax. Codes at the bottom of the printout, such as fax number/name are picked up by Rightfax automatically. This has worked very well for us for the past few years with no problems or maintenance and only very minimal modifications to documents to include the fax number.
