In the past, I have used a product called Rightfax. It worked very well and
was able to handle all our incoming and outgoing faxes and deliver all to
our universal Inbox (Email and faxes).

If you want more information, check out their website,

Subject: SYS21 - Automated Fax System

We are thinking about investing into a fax system which will run on our NT
network allowing PC documents to be received and transmitted to and from
other fax machines. We would also want this system to handle documents that
are output by System 21, such as order acknowledgements, invoices and
purchase orders. We currently use an NT based package, Formscape to print
these documents from System 21 and then some of these documents are manually
faxed.

Has anyone out there implemented a similar system? If so what hardware and
software did you purchase and what were the implentation costs.

Any info will be much appreciated,

TIA
Phil Mant,
Williams Controls.
