SYS21 - Fixed Assets - Problem in Structured GL accounts (6/FAM)

We are setting up a link from FA to GL using the 6/FAM. However, after
using the "XXX" (using double quotes) function in one of the level, we are
getting an error message "Invalid Level Code". From our understanding,
there are only three reasons when this error message will be trigerred

1. acount set up is post inhibit
2. account code does not exist in the GL
3. values inside the " " (double quotes) is not set up in the Reference
codes (ANTY) .

We are currently using 3.5.2b SP3.

Has anyone encountered a similar issue and how was it resolved ?
