I wasn't aware that SP5 was out yet.  We're still struggling with SP4 in
test.  What are the new advantages (Generally speaking?)

Item deletion has been a known issue with GEAC for sometime now.

3.5.2.b SP5 now addresses this and provides a utility that works!
