Firstly, to state the obvious, back up before any deletions. We normally just delete the records from OEP55A and OEP40A using SQL. If you're only using the system for less than two years though, I think you may want to look at more disk. Some of the other files to look at are: FIP45 (AFI) - Use the delete option from the utilities menu. OEP80A, OEP65A, OEP70A, INP35A, INP60A. Some of the work files don't get cleared down or reorganised properly, so you could look at them also. (OEPW* and INPW* being some of the worst). There's (loads of) others, but I'm going home now, because it's 8:35pm here and I'm hungry.
