We are running Applix' Active Reporter to generate financial statements, and have been for almost 2 years. We encountered a problem this week that we have not seen before. We do a browse in our system and get one answer, yet when we look at a spreadsheet we get a different answer for that same account. I have verified that the GL Extract works successfully (as the difference between the 2 numbers is listed in the ACCVAL file). Any suggestions would be appreciated.
