Wondering how you react to the fact that Geac might impose an 'upgrade fee' whenever you need to upgrade your AS/400 (model change). Such a situation often stems from IBM's decision to stop supporting a given series, but could also result from a disaster. As a user , you do not get any improvement/enhancement related to the application, but you still need to spend cash on the latter. Or am I questioning the obvious ? Any views will be appreciated .
