Anyone Knowledgeable About System 21 Forecasting,

We are attempting to implement the System 21 Forecasting application. In
preparation, it is necessary to run 2/FCP (Transfer Full Sales History).
According to JBA documentation: "This option is normally run once only (on
setting the company up for the first time)." Under normal circumstances we
would then run 3/FCP (Transfer Last Period History) monthly to update the
prior period's sales activity. This option would appear to update any items
currently set up in the Forecasting Model.

As we will be constantly adding and deleting items (with and without sales
history) to our forecasting models, do we need to run 2/FCP monthly? Or,
will running 2/FCP once, and subsequently running 3/FCP monthly update
items added to the forecasting model during the past month? If we are to
run 2/FCP more than once, how often can/should we run it?

TIA,

Jeff Lang
