Jeff, Eric, et al,
My frequent pestering of JBA folks for this type of documentation (other
than the aforementioned file specs), has always been met with the same
answer: "It doesn't exist." I haven't yet reviewed the Red Piece that Dave
Barry helped author, but if that document contains any information of this
kind, it will be as good as it gets.

Jeff,
This is an area JBA has been lacking in for years. The only documentation
I've every seen on data base definitions was produced by JBA, but was only
the "PRTFLD" command executed for every file within each application.
"PRTFLD" does the same as "DSPFLD" except that it produces hard copy.
Another useful command (if you're the programmer sort) is "LSTRPG", which
will produce a hardcopy listing of a program in two column print (with
various other options available).
If you do ever run across a document that lists the topology of the
database
and relations across applications, I'd be interested in seeing it myself.
