I can assure you it is painfully true...
You need to check your own contract though...  Several customers in the
Great Lakes Users Group did receive Source Code because they had it
specifically written into their contract...

I hesitate to even use the words "Class Action" but if it comes down to
that I would support it...  Our senior management has not indicated what
position they are going to take yet...

I just want my Source Code back...
