We have seen major differences in the quality of JBA programmers/tech
support people depending on region.  Our best support has come directly
from the Mt. Laurel NJ office.  Southern California (Orange County) has
been the worst technically.  Where we have had contact with Chicago,
they are sort of in between.  Just my 2 cents.
