There are times when I call for support, and I know the person I am speaking with does not know alot about the application. That would not bother me as much if they would just admit it and either have me walk through it with them or refer me to someone else. What bothers me is when they ask me questions that are not related to the problem, and they don't realize it. Most of the time support is good.
