The part I find aggravating is that IBM can hot swap a disk but not a tape

Should not the QSRV profile be able to issue the PWRDWNSYS command?  It
was my understanding that the QSRV profile was one that gave IBM service
reps every authority they would need to perform their job.  Certainly
PWRDWNSYS falls into that category?

We had IBM service in yesterday to replace a tape drive which
necessitated this, and I was surprised to get a call saying that the
QSRV profile could not issue the PWRDWNSYS command.
