[Security400] *USRSPC question

I am attempting to remove a user from the system.  I am using Perigrine(was
Harbinger, was Premenos) EDI package.  I get error on deleting user profile
because user own objects of *USRSPC type in the EDI4XXDTA library.    My
programmer who contacted the Perigrine hotline said we can not delete these user
spaces but she also did not get any direction as to what they are used for or
who should the owner be changed to.    As this does not make sense to me, I will
contact Perigrine myself on Monday......but in the meantime, can any of you give
me any better understanding of this problem.

I also found that this user has been doing EDI send and receives daily and own a
ton of *USRSPC objects.
