I get those all the time for "your google listing isn't showing up." I ask
"how did you find me then?" or "So you monitor every search and the
results of each? Could you forward me the details on my business?" But
most of the time I just say "No, this is Opp and Peach Plumbing... what's a
B V S Tools?"

It's hard for them to leave the script... haha.
