I used this document to disable TLS1.1/TLS1 for a client on 7.3. Near the beginning of the document, it shows the TLS versions supported for 6.1 - 7.5.

7.2 shows *TLSV1.2 *TLSV1.1 *TLSV1

Possibly from PASE or a Java application...maybe I suppose.

My understanding is that IBM had to make significant changes to the OS code
in order to support TLS 1.3 and future, so it is only available at later OS
levels. But I can't find a reference for that.
