Based upon what I have been able to find online I think this is a long-shot, but does anyone know if we can utilize TLS 1.3 on V7R2?

I see many documents written about TLS 1.3 being available on 7.4 and even 7.3, but nothing back to 7.2. I've got a customer with a SOAP interface requiring TLS 1.3.
