I will add that thanks to Simple Hotspots, any mouse-enabled emulator -- or any physical 348x InfoWindow II terminal that has a mouse plugged in -- will give you mouse-sensitive on-screen buttons WITHOUT YOUR HAVING TO DO *ANYTHING* OTHER THAN FOLLOW INDUSTRY STANDARDS FOR FUNCTION KEY LABELS AND MENUS!

And if you need an event-loop in an RPG program, well guess what: there's one built into RPG. It's called The Cycle. Just slave LR to whatever event(s) you've defined as "exit," and you've got your event loop.
