Again, my attempts at reverse engineering usually end up off the beam by quite some measure!

Basically, it implies the last condition tested will turn on or off
the indicator. So an indicator could be turned on and then subsequently off.
Hence the guideline to use different indicators.
The question is: what is the order of the testing by the system?
