Joe, thank you for the links.  I had googled with bad results because my search words were not right.

Sure would like to see some of our RPG speaker stars do  Youtube 12 to 18 minute tutorials (that's about as long as I can stay focused at one time).

The whole green screen tutorial video thing fascinates me so my request is biased; still, the rest of the programming world does seem to lean heavily on video tutorials to pass on tribal knowledge.  Maybe we need to catch up?

I suggest Googling RPG service programs; that's how I got to these great articles.  The authors of the first two articles, Thomas Snyder and David Shirey, have written extensively.  The Go4AS400 site (the last article) has a ton of tutorial information.  Also look specifically for things written by Jon Paris, Susan Gantner and Barbara Morris (among many others).  Be sure to check the comments on the articles.
