The keys are good. It compiles without the data structure.
I need the data structure as I need to save the record into a data structure
for comparison like a before and after image.

RNF7579: The KFLD has a different CCSID from the key in the file.
So that implies that this line is not working:
Chain (HDINV# : wLast_Line_No) OEDTLI17 dsOEDTLI17 ;
Can you check the CCSID of the search arguments and the file key to make
sure they are the same?
