see still as per these latest suggested changes program is still not
decrypting encoded exchange token field's value secondly why did you hard
code this value in your advice? whereas this value could be random that's
why i have used *'*encodedExchangeToken' field as a variable so that
program could read it's value from xml file and decrypt it using aes 128
algorithm in openssl command which works very well in interactive mode so
Ideally it should work in programmatic way as well.

please see this scatchpad link after incorporating latest suggested changes
and the values of different fields obtained during debug mode in this link
for more details:-

The answers you have been given have told you exactly what the problem is.
You don't seem to understand the tools you are using. There was a lot of
answers that explained how to use UNIXCMD correctly. There were a lot of
answers that explained how to build a string. You would fix one thing, and
then break another. Ask why the second thing broke, you would be told, and
then you would change the first thing back to broken. You don't understand
OPENSSL. You are telling it put something in a file, and then looking for
the results in STDOUT.

This list generally gives examples, points you to documentation, or points
out the (usually) obvious mistake that you have made. I don't think you are
ever going to put it all together. Here is an example with your data that
will let you see in debug the result you want.
