When you say you couldn't open it, do you mean you weren't able to
download it? Or that you downloaded it fine, but then didn't have
anything to extract the contents?
If the latter, then pretty much any modern archiving/compression
software can handle it. Even WinZip. My personal recommendation is
7-Zip, but I'm sure almost anything is fine.
