One thing... "It doesn't work" doesn't provide a lot of information. :)
Any why would you want to stay out of the barrooms? Sounds counter
intuitive. :)

Have you checked the HTTP server error/access logs? The HTTP server job
logs? Maybe the program is crashing for some reason.

Have you tried debugging your program to see if it's being executed (or
checked the last use date?)

I would say step back and get one of the examples that walk you fully
through the process, and then come back to your program. Maybe by getting
an example working, something will click as to what you are missing with
your version.

OK, friends, this s where I prove I am an idiot. But it can't be helped
I guess.

I have done those 3 bullet items. I can't make it work.

(I am doing all this because I really like doing it and it keeps my mind
active
and keeps me out of the barrooms and brothels. Whether I ever get it
working isn't the point. From that angle, this is a resounding success.
It's
meeting my goal. )

If you want simple, stick with the Apache server. I've said this a
few times in this thread already and offered examples.

If you're using YAJL, it has a function to write the JSON to stdout..
so it's actually VERY simple.

1. Create a web instance
2. Change your program to write the JSON to std out 3. Execute the
program from a browser to test.

Super simple as it sounds like you have the JSON building already done.
