A lot of these update one character position situations are one shot conversions that will either run once from Navigator in one country, or be adjusted as they are run in multiple countries.


Now, if only people would stop naming columns OPEN$ and ACCT#.

Be careful with || it is not international, replace it with CONCAT.
In my German code I have to use !! instead of ||

overlaying an asterisk ( * ) onto column 100

Something like ... set fieldA = substr(fieldA: 100) = "*" ...
