Hi Scott
I believe that TextPad has a RPGIII clip library written by someone - not sure about a syntax colorizer. No syntax checking, however, that I know of.
I started an RPGIV clip library for TextPad.

Hmmm... does Notepad++ have RPG syntax checking? That would surprise me.
If it doesn't, then how does this improve productivity over SEU? As of
7.1, anyway, there are only a small number of changes to RPG vs what SEU
supports in it's syntax checker.
%SCANRPL, %LEN(*MAX), RTNPARM and %PARMNUM are, I think, the only things
it matters for.

Were I in your shoes, I'd use Notepad++ over SEU. Download the source

Here's an example of a very old Windows batch file that'll do the
download. Upload is similar and you can jam a CRTRPGMOD command in
there if you like.
