Agreed, I've been chastising those with QCCSID 65535 for more than a
decade.
Still customers do the damndest things. I'm helping one who thought
stuffing CCSID 935 data in a CCSID 37 file would be a good idea.
Seemed to work at the time but causing no end of grief now.
