The internal search function is temporarily non-functional. The current search engine is no longer viable and we are researching alternatives.
As a stop gap measure, we are using Google's custom search engine service.

Even if they didn't make it free/libre, it would be nice if IBM was more
specific about what you can and can't do. It seems like they say "there
are some restrictions, but we won't decide what they are until you do
something we don't like".
