Have you set the SEU type to SQLRPG rather than left blank?
If left blank, SEU won't complain because it doesn't know the type to
validate against.
Also, it appears you have blank lines in your source which will cause a
compile error - unlike RPGLE
The following compiled ok with default SQL Precompiler and RPG Compiler
values.
