Yes. By that same logic, RPG has The Cycle, and direct access to AS/400-native Data Management, while Java does not; therefore RPG is superior.

All languages have their strengths and weaknesses. Although I've rarely seen so many people insisting on calling a strength a weakness as with The RPG Cycle. (Take a ride; you might like it!)
