You say "data structure array" but your code has a Multiple Occurrence Data Structure. Not the same thing. The RPG Reference says parameter 2 of the XML-INTO operation code is:
" Array, or array of data structures, passed by read-only reference (CONST keyword)"

Change your code to define the Product data structure as a data structure array.
