If "normally" use CRTBNDRPG then the answer is nope, not really. <grin>

You need to use CRTRPGMOD, which creates a *MODULE object.

Then you can use CRTPGM or CRTSRVPGM which create *PGM or *SRVPGM objects by binding together one or
more *MODULE objects.

Take a look at the ILE concepts manual.
