Oops, I don't know where that first line came from.  Should be

 1  C   Eval      File1 = OpenIFS(%TrimR(IFS_Filename):'w')
 2  C   Callp     WriteIFSRec(%TrimR(String) + Ifs_RecEnd:File1)
