however a lot of these questions that could be answered by a quick de-bug or just RTFM seem to come from there. IMHO of course.
I'm not entirely convinced that this is correct, and even if it is RTFM is a much less valid answer if the F'ing manual is not available in your native language. With just a quick look at http://publib.boulder.ibm.com/iseries/ it seems that the online documentation is not as easily available in either of the two most used Indian languages (Hindi and Telugu according to Wikipedia). I certainly agree that Koti Shiva has a habit of asking questions that could easily be answered by doing a bit of investigation, and I share the frustration of the other respondents with Koti's seeming inability to make a rudimentary investigation of the problem before asking for help. However, I think your generalization is somewhat unfair and frankly I found the original phrasing a bit offensive.
