Things can always change - but I think RPG will still be supported for many
years to come.  It may not be called RPG, and it may look different to the
current version - but at heart it will still be RPG.

IBM are still investing (witness the built-in XML support in V5R4) and at
long last senior management from Rochester are saying nice things about the
language.

All we have to hope is that they don't decide to make it "strategic" - that
would kill it for sure!
