It's a little nit of mine, but why are you hardcoding the library name?
Especially since you're using system naming? Unless there's a good
reason to do so, I strongly recommend not specifying a library and let
the 400 do it's library-list-thing. I hate that all the IBM examples
show hardcoded libraries.
