We have a program which runs two separate subfiles on separate panels.
Each subfile is filled with data from a different database file. We are
using different control indicators on the different subfiles. However,
here's our problem. The user displays the first subfile, and takes an
action to get to the second subfile. However, the second subfile may
not have any data in it because no records are found. What is happening
is the subfile control record for the second subfile is displaying, with
the data from the first subfile still on the screen. Of course, this is
because the SFLDSP indicator for the second subfile can't be turned on
because there's no data. Is there any way around this? Do we need to
do a SFLINZ operation on the first subfile or something before
displaying the second subfile? I'm not sure if that will throw things
off when we try to go back to the first subfile via F12.

Thanks,

Lori
