What if (%size(Title) - %size(cTitle)) is odd?  I don't think %subst( 
Title : 15.5 ) will work.  Also, you seem to be missing a parenthesis 
before the division.

The general idea should work, but you might need a temporary field to 
store result of ((%size(Title) - %size(cTitle)) / 2) so that it can be 
rounded/truncated.
