Sidenote to PREFIX: In V5R4 I believe you can now Replace characters
with the prefix
Where as in previous versions you could only prefix characters to the
original field name
i.e. ABMCU, IBMCU
You could change to XABMCU and YIBMCU
But now you can Change them both to AAMCU this lends itself to the new
Move-Corr Operator

Well... I find that "scheduled work hours" is not a good measure of the
hours
one actually works. I find there's a difference between the hours on the
clock
and the time workers put in during the day. I find that, (often) people
who brag
about long hours actually work few hours per day than those with fewer
schedule
work hours. Why? I believe it's because there's less time to finish
things so
there less incentive and opportunity to waste time. Thus a culture of
working is
created vs a culture of finding ways to fill the extra time to look
busy.

I recall the days of working for private business... 10 and 12 hour
days,
no lunch breaks... and most importantly, no recognition ....
