RE: Date conversions

Larry,

Are you compiling for v5r3?

%DEC(date time or timestamp expression {:format})

The RNF0338 message says to me that you're not at v5r3 as you can see
from above there is no 3rd param to %dec when parm 1 is a date, time, or
timestamp.
