RE: AS/400 RPG Business analyst - what tasks do they do?

I was an Operations Business Analyst in a prior life.  I was sent out to
talk to users, determine needs, write programming specs (sometimes write
the program), test the program, install it into production, update the
user profile to be able to use the program, train the user to use the
program... About the same thing I'm doing now without a title.
