RE: CALL

It was an instructor from the 36, 38 days that taught me that when I
first started on the 400.  After thinking about it over night it had to
do with the size of the compiled object and loading time.  Which was
important in 1990.

Yes, in 1985 this was correct. 
In 2005 and RPG IV, no this is not correct.
