Can't help but to go off of the RPG topic for a moment. Joe, I used to work on video capture applications in a Windows world. I can tell you that if the compression is one which keeps the video at a reasonable size so you can stream it on the net, it is not going to look very good at all on any TV, unless the TV fits in your palm...... Who's casting aspersions on my landscaping? I'm actually pretty good at it (although I learned it helps to put black plastic under your mulch)! And I'm not a half-bad gardener, either, although I planted my tomatoes too close together and basically had a 12 foot square "tomato jungle". In fact, I'd say my least skilled area would be in computer hardware. Although I did set up my TV to be a monitor for the downstairs PC this weekend, and now we can play streaming video off the Internet onto the TV. (Short answer: don't bother, at least with analog. The quality stinks once you blow it back up to the TV.) Joe > From: Holden Tommy > > He's a nice guy...but not so great a landscaper...from what I hear <VBG>
