Joe Pluta used to drive me crazy, then someone pointed out that he's a nice
guy.  It made me read his stuff differently and now I find him enjoyable.

A common complaint, and one I attribute to the lack of human interface
in email.  That's why I try to litter my posts (if that's not redundant)
with <grin>s and the like, just to make it clear when I'm making a joke.
And still we all sometimes write something that's a bit more caustic
than necessary.  We're human.
