Scott, from someone who is fairly new to these lists and someone who is here 
to learn from the likes of you....I would strongly suggest that you stay 
put, right there in that chair :) You bring a tremendous amount of talent 
and skill to the list group and I would hate to see you leave over such a 
minor issue.
