Dear all,

Can anyone please tell me how do I know which version of an
AS400 server I am working on?

Is it possible that 0S/400 has a different version than the
AS/400 version (hardware may be)

Is it also possible that different packages with in OS/400
have a different version from the version

Of OS/400.For Example whether my CRTBNDRPG command has a
lower version than my OS/400

            Itself?

If answer to all my questions is yes, how do I figure out
the versions of each of the component?

When I see my spool files I see the header as following

           "5722SS1 V5R2M0 020719
HELP 18/07/05 08:47:14 Page 1"

this shows V5R2 --- this is version of my AS/400 OR OS/400 OR
the command which generated the spool?

Thanks in anticipation

Regards,

s.chand
